    3. Liquid Products Policy (Strictly Non-Returnable)
    Please note that all liquid products sold on our website are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any liquid items under any circumstances. We highly recommend reviewing your order carefully before purchasing liquid items.
    4. Mandatory Unboxing Video & Damage Verification
    To protect both the buyer and the seller from fraudulent claims, we have a strict damage verification process:
     Unboxing Video is Mandatory: An unboxing video is strictly mandatory for all orders. Customers must record a clear video while opening the package upon delivery.
     Verification of Damage: The primary purpose of this video is to verify whether the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The video must clearly show the original sealed package, the shipping label, and the unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
     No Video, No Claim: If a customer fails to provide a valid, uncut unboxing video, we will not be able to verify the damage, and consequently, no return, replacement, or refund requests will be accepted.
    5. Returns and Refunds (For Non-Liquid Products)
     For eligible non-liquid products, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
     To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging along with the mandatory unboxing video.
     Requests made after 7 days of delivery will be automatically rejected.
    6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
    We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
