     If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
     No return or refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances after 7 days of delivery.
    2. Unboxing Video is Strictly Mandatory
     An unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process any return or refund claims.
     The video must clearly show the original sealed package and the shipping label before opening. It must be a continuous, uncut, and unedited video demonstrating the unboxing process and clearly showing the defect or damage to the product.
     We will not accept any return or refund claims without a valid, uncut unboxing video.
    3. Non-Returnable Items
     Liquid Products: Returns or refunds are strictly not applicable for any liquid products. Please consider this policy before placing an order.
     Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing their original packaging, accessories, or tags are not eligible for a return.
    4. Refund Process
     Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email or message regarding the status of your refund.
     If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment or bank account within a few business days.
